The Statistics section lets you visualize your Moments over time — tracking how often they occur, what values you’ve recorded, and how your habits or patterns evolve.
Customize Your Stats Page
You can personalize which charts and insights are displayed.
Toggle individual statistics on or off to focus only on what matters most to you.
💡 Tip: Each Moment remembers your visibility settings, so your preferred layout is automatically restored next time.
View Stats for a Different Moment
You can easily switch between Moments to see their specific data and patterns.
Use the Moment selector at the top of the page to navigate between different Moments.
Compare Two Moments
The Compare feature lets you analyze two Moments side by side — perfect for discovering relationships or contrasts between habits.
Change Month & Year
Quickly browse through your data by using the left and right arrows to move between months,
or tap on the Month/Year label to open the date selector modal.
💡 Tip: All charts update automatically when you change the selected month or year.
