Statistics Overview
Moments can capture much more than simple clicks — they can represent habits, events, or data points that matter to you.
Each Moment can include:
- A click count (frequency)
- An optional numeric or text value
- An optional photo
Depending on how a Moment is configured, Yooself automatically generates different types of statistics to help you visualize your patterns and gain awareness of your daily behaviors.
Frequency
Frequency statistics show how often and when your Moments occur.
They focus on click counts over time, helping you identify recurring patterns.
Typical Frequency views include:
- Calendar: when your Moments happened
- Bars and Lines: how often they occurred
- Time of Day: morning, afternoon, evening, night
- Child Comparisons: how sub-Moments differ
Let’s imagine this structure:

In this example, you can see how often you eat Meat or Vegetables, and compare their frequencies over time.

Values & Photos
If your Moments include numeric values or photos, Yooself provides additional layers of insight.
These statistics extend the Frequency analysis with:
- Value & photo journals
- Trends over time
- Totals and averages across sub-Moments
- Comparisons by weekday, time of day, or hour
Let’s imagine this structure:

For these Moments, you can record values (numeric or text) and optionally attach photos to each entry.
Yooself still displays all the Frequency charts, plus new sections depending on the Moment’s configuration.
💡 Tip
Moments that include children (like “Eat → Meat / Fish”) will display both:
- Parent statistics — general trends and totals
- Child breakdowns — comparative charts and detailed distributions
Use these insights to understand your routines, visualize habits, and celebrate your progress — one Moment at a time.
